Brightness and light color is good, unfortunately with Strobospok effect

I use these lamps to replace halogen bulbs with ~ 35W. The light corresponding to the halogen lamps, both the brightness and the color temperature.
As a disadvantage, unfortunately, a stroboscopic effect has been shown with fast movements can be seen not liquid but a jerky motion. I have counteracted by 1 of 5 versions of the lamp further contains a halogen lamp, while the others were equipped with 4 LED lamps.

Addendum: a longer stay in light of the lamps causes headaches by the still existing fibrillation, ergo go back the lamps. As a substitute I now G9 LED, causing no flicker.
