We are now the proud owner of a Delonghi 3600. The unit provides a very noble character. The operation proves to be self-explanatory, so that our daughter, with her 5 years, already own can prepare their milk foam for the cocoa. The basic settings we have not changed, as these are ideal for us. Small, medium and large coffee, after twice pressing the corresponding button, the setting changes to 2 cups. The Cappochinotaste conjures up a very hot, covered with milk foam coffee daily. Despite new grinder this device is however not still silence, as described in our opinion, by the manufacturer. It is and remains just a kitchen appliance which prepared what it promises us. Addendum: Now we have the ESAM 3600 for 3 years in use. It works reliable as on the first day. No repairs, and no signs of fatigue or wear signs .... just to 100% recommendable. However, we have never packed a part in the dishwasher, but the parts rinsed clean under warm running water only.
