The book still has some flaws:
- Some recipes are too original (rather than having "70" classic)
- Preparation times are underestimated (10 minutes for a homemade mashed potatoes!) And I am very, very slow ...
- The tips are still limited
- The fish portion very few ...
- No desserts
- Stuff may be wrong: the author recommends never add salt before cooking.
I read that the leaders had different views: with beef, some experienced and prefer salt in advance or just before (unlike the pork that we should not add salt before)
I liked that the author goes further and we visually shows the different experiences! (Photographs instead of drawings).
In short: the author opens the way, I hope other books vital yes, perfectible too!
