For me, absolutely helpful since I constantly work with removable disks and large amounts of data and the speed advantage compared to the previous 2.0 version brings significant time savings. Favors also gave me the external power supply, that in my case provides even more power than specified. Although the number of mating cycles is not specified, the product aufrunde the low price is highly recommended.
