I wear the bistros for 2 years and have to say in my 23 year career as a chef, I have worn a better shoe. Whether the ground is wet or smeared with oil, it is always absolutely non-slip road. It is clear that the shoes in summer is not just the coolest at the bottom and you get sweaty feet but here calls for the closed shape up their toll. Coolers are the holey crocs but also not.
A toe cap and a Korkeinlegesohle would make the perfect shoe.
