The Ultra II in 480 GB replaces a Western Digital Green 1TB HDD and 7,200 rpm.
The SanDisk reaches the built-up motherboard (-> only SATA I) Seq. Read how each letter to the 134MB / s.
More are the motherboard connector not her.
Nevertheless, the results in a clearly noticeable performance gain of 70% in reading and even 100% when writing compared to previously installed HDD.
This is still which is the SSD completely silent.
Therefore, I can even owners of older motherboards which only a SATA I connector have recommended a switch to an SSD. Prices are now acceptable for the big performance gain in my opinion.
