Ha girls, when you find love me I tend to gain weight and then some. This was the sports club was close but I was super motivated. I discovered this program I tested and there is adopted. As I'm not a super sporty girl, I told myself that I ferrai quaprès week and I was still let go. No no, not with Zumba Fitness, was super friendly!, Varied pace with difficulties but also recovery time. In one month, I always enjoy putting myself in front of my DVD and hop left, I made session of 30 mins and I noticed in weeks that I took the muscle. I will soon strengthened my session to now lose some weight.
I highly recommend Zumba Fitness, cheaper than a gym, always available, you can even do its meeting in pajamas (my lil fun).
