Also, I have received a defective product. Under the clamped on flipchart assembly instructions a 6cm large scratch is through the white coating. Waiting now since 5 days that the items can go return, but at Jago seem to be not the fastest.
Flipchart way, comes with 12 small magnets but not a single pen (!)
