The package is composed of two independent wheels that it will match, bar steel and eb two ergonomic handles nylon.

The installation will not take you more than 3 minutes, watch in hand, the handles are in my opinion a little kitsch, however all exudes quality.

In use both dual wheels provides real stability to the device, the grip should be firm I suggest you do the exercises facing a wall so that you serve as a buffer (to avoid damaging you back).

Goodies: manufacturing quality, dual wheels, ease of installation, price.

Cons: a little kitsch handles.

Conclusion: Everlast offers here a very good effective product every day and really very affordable.
