I have bought this Ab Wheel to test the change handle position. Since I work for years with various Ab Wheels and these have an integral part in my core training, I was wondering what this product offers. 1. The wheel has a larger diameter than most wheels I know (except the Power Wheel). It is very easy to put together and is thus very mobile. My previous wheels were always just a bit bulky when traveling, as these could be removed or only with effort. 2. The wheel is the "normal" training (as Ab Wheel) very quiet and is very stable because of its size. Minus rough tread to prevent slipping to the sides of the can damage sensitive wooden floors. In addition, the "knobs" really is not necessary. I put caution a mat under the Wheel or use it thus. 3. The Wheel is very easy to convert> crank in the other variant. It's fun to crank over the ground. Here takes place a different load on the muscles. The abdominal muscles hold more static. To use the arm muscles especially the triceps and the upper shoulder and back muscles come. After boosting a few minutes I feel a good burn here. Definitely a pad should be used with wooden floors here, because here is strongly pressed on the wheel and press the "pimples" in the ground. I believe without a mat is because the ground broken. Conclusion: The Ab Wheel brings a good variety to the training. It is transportable and stable. Only the "knobs" on the tread disturbing impression of a five star.
