The first Mini Vac is doing what he should: He sucks super. It works, as you'd expect from a manufacturer such as Philips, very well made. The noise I would describe as quite moderate. Under no circumstances excessively loud. Without any noise it is not nunmal. The quiet gong sounds is easy bein turning funny. The power saving circuit of the charger is good for the conscience and the design I find great. For me it has everything a hand vacuum cleaner needs. Only the car suck (completely) I would not use it because of the limited duration. But there are other devices.
