This is the second time I order this product, always arrived quicker than expected (I live in Italy) received 3 days after order. since of numerous years I takes psylium, this one is by far the best qualitée and also the easiest to use. I am very pleased and highly recommend this product. Transit problems and internal rule hémoroïdes, more bleeding after two days of use!
