A beautiful fantasy novel with all the necessary ingredients: magic, dragons and gigantic fights! Syven like when it hits and it moves and it manages to perfectly depict battles, games strategists, underlying political intrigue. The epic flavor of the novel is one of his strengths. But these traditional aspects, the author was able to provide his characters with great originality: Siwès is captivating, inter valiant warrior, spoiled child and touching young girl, you never know which way to turn up the incredible fall that creates a very successful cliffhanger for Volume 2. Tadjal, the tiger that accompanies it is an equally endearing character, strong and .. human! I particularly liked Baxian, a duel character, stretched between his choice of young man and his contrary ancestries. An excellent novel, real good fantasy for all fans of the genre, to savor.
