A friend introduced me to this book. Before you get it, I read randomly, some chapters, regardless of the logic of the book.
This book has at least the advantage of offering the possibility of being read a bit anyhow.
Then, as regards the perpetual reference to God, I overstepped. I'm not religious or not this way. I was not disturbed at all.
However, one must be especially receptive to some interesting ideas they propose. This book returns to face its history, personality, its blockages. If one is not accustomed to analysis, to look in the face, the book can be especially confusing, discouraging. Some remarks are far from being constructive but could instead be experienced as demeaning.
Read this Book application when a certain strength of character, an ability to adapt, to question, and to want to evolve. It answers a number of questions. Must still be willing to accept those answers.
Through this book, I got to know new facets of myself. I also removed doubts. I am relieved me of indoor deep impressions that haunted me for years.
There is food for thought.
