Excellent and great price

I was looking for a model of this kind with such criterion, a groove on the edges of the stone to the cooking juices. Other brands in this price range do not offer and after testing, fortunately there was this laugh if the juice would have sunk on the lower part. I have not yet tested the squeegee, but the pans seem of good quality and above all they are wide. Previously I had a raclette pans with triangular and should be cut a little slice of cheese for any go, not practical. It would have been nice to have spatulas in the box (purchased separately), but considering the price we will not complain.
Regarding the heater setting, it must be put fully and reading the manual I found that when adjusting to the lowest, it serves as a hot dish. So finally it is a 3 in 1.
The stone is easy to clean with hot water (imperative), but as it is very large, I filled my boiling water sink, I soaked and I took off with a wooden spatula, I turn the stone in other way to do the same and I finish with soft sponge.
I highly recommend this product!
