Excellent but for the price 1

Of course, I was skeptical at first, as there are many bad reviews here, especially with respect to the nuts, the weights and the plug-in design but I Curl Dumbbell have ordered for private and occasional use. The shipping took 3 days and is thus been very quickly. As I unpacked the well packaged barbell I got a slight hesitation, as this had to be put together and was fixed with a pin. The "assembly" lasted incl. Hammer purchasing approximately one minute and went very easy. The curl bar made now to my surprise, a solid and firm impression that the two parts could not twist or move against each other and were firmly attached. Now it went to the loading by the weights, which are filled with concrete and have a smooth plastic surface. The nuts to fix the weights also made a solid impression and just left turn onto the thread. A rubber ring in the nut prevents the release of the weights. If you raise the entire rack with weights at the center up with one finger, this stands out uniformly high, which suggests that the weights are the same weight. After 2 weeks of use, the nuts solved once and only because I have the barbell is pulled across the floor and the weights have thus turned. The plastic weights are the way in handy in cases tiled rooms.

In summary, I recommend this dumbbell spend each occasionally want to do strength training without much money.
