Excellent customer service 3

My first purchase was defective (fragile hinges) but several months later and while many brands have declined a replacement item, SAV Leicke offered me a replacement charge of the case. I just got it.
It's easy to post a negative comment but be aware congratulate a seller when shown such a serious.
Congratulation to after-sales Leicke.
