All parts and tools are included and numbered for reference because editing is required, as shown in my video. Detailed instructions are in English and German, but the drawings illustrate the installation easy steps.
The chassis is sturdy and pedals, handles, bars, touts are well done and smooth.
The computer has three buttons and an LCD display with very large numbers. I like that it starts and stops automatically. It shows everything I need to know (in sequence or both): time (session and cumulative), calories burned, distance, speed, pulse (to take from your heart rate, you enter the interior handles with sensors metal).
This device requires vigorous action, I think it's a racing suit (no voltage on the knees), cycling and Nordic walking. It involves the muscles of the thighs, calves, buttocks and also the upper body and for me it is an intensive exercise which, I hope, burns calories.
There are 8 voltage levels and I find even the weakest are enough to make me work hard. I like to make several short sessions of maybe 5 to 10 minutes with long pauses.
I really love this bike (and my husband too), and we used almost every day because it is so easy to jump on it and do a few minutes when we have time.
We received a test machine for our honest and impartial assessment. In my opinion, this is an elliptical quality at a very reasonable price.
