Being a former big (about 105k), which has lost all its fat weight etc however I have a place where the fat has never wanted to melt, hips !!
And yes so I did not use this belt for abs because I have no fat here and muscles I do not care, so I bought it to try to melt this old fat on my hips I train other for almost ten years and nothing has managed to eliminate. And it works !!!
Finally after mile and especially tiring different way and who do not work more, being very fegnant, I'm happy just to ask me on my couch and watch movies all night while my fat bottom saw eye! If it is for the abs 2:30 (4 times the programe E for example) per day should be ideal, if for Istart hips but hip, so 5h in total. The mention avoid using sleeping or driving is highly recommended in the instructions of the apareil. And finally it y '5 programes different: A, B, C, D and E. programes A, B and C making 21min, while the D and E are 32! I have not really understand what is the real difference between the programes, even if you feel a different massage system, I generally use the most Souvant D (the first 32min ...). Do not also forget to always have a goblet of water nearby, must moisten the electrode 4 and the surface on which you apply either on the hips or abs

I want to clarify that course is not a product "miracle". If like me you are a "former big" has a little stubborn fat to lose or if you're not a big but ex that you simply have a little fat to lose, this will efficasse without any doubts! But if you really are what we can call someone big (as I was able to be a time, I still had a 105k 73k has moin and that in 6 months ...) this not walk, we must not dream either! It takes a (the?) System (s) before and already lose all the weight you have too much, this device is only done to melt fat or developer to the musculature.
