I got myself this laptop as Internet and typewriter and equipped directly with an SSD. Even without SSD, the device works very well. But if only once a SSD is installed, you realize (almost) nothing more from the fact that you only have the absolute entry level equipment on board. Under Windows 8.1, the device runs smoothly and with high performance. Sure, games should therefore better not play, but possibly for normal home office use with Word, Excel, Outlook and some browsing a little music here is absolutely no problem. Why give it a star deduction? The supplied Windows 8.1, although definitely sufficient, but you can reinstall without charge forgot to order an appropriate media, Lenovo, since it is a special OEM version of Windows, and these are known to be bombed with OEM garbage. So unfortunately also, but at least as HP has the ability to reconfigure to take off without all the previews to a normal 8.1 installation. And there is in most cases with a corresponding data carrier supplied. Of course, these are an absolute budget product, but I feel this to be negative. Otherwise, the notebook is all in perfect order. The build quality is great and the more quality has always surprised me. The battery is of sufficient size and power is sufficient for normal office work and slack off. So for people who do not need much exactly the right product. I can only recommend.
