Each film comes in an individual package card with an antistatic cleaning cloth to transfer the dust, but no application card. Please have therefore the first rigid board that falls to you in the hands (CB, loyalty card, etc.). The first observation is that the films are perfectly smooth and impeccably cut, which is perfect. A blank application also shows that they are perfectly adjusted, either from the edges of the screen, the front sensors (light and webcam) and the home button. The cut leaves about 1mm margin from the edges, so if the poses you are not stalled hair cell, all is not lost.
They are not harder or easier to lay than another. Like all the films that arise "dry" (without understanding the application of a lotion beforehand as some) be patient and extremely cautious about its environment.
Choose a potentially little dusty room (prefer the office with wood or a bathroom to the bedroom with carpet ...), clean, surnettoyez and renettoyez your screen to remove all traces of fat ( I do this with cloth for eyeglasses), then gently wipe the screen with the antistatic cleaning cloth provided to erase any traces of cleaning and transfer the dust (dry until there is really nothing!) .
When your screen is perfectly clear, gently take your film without making abrupt movements (all air movement may raise dust should be avoided), and apply it as explained on the pack. If the film is badly stuck, you can try to reposition it to take off, but in 99% of cases it will use the maneuver to attract dust, and will be good to throw.
It remains then to turn the air bubbles with the stiff card, by gently pushing them to the edges of the film where she can escape. Ideally rigid surround your card with the supplied cleaning cloth to avoid scratching the film with said card. After a break there is still bubbles beneath the film, this is normal, but when the installation is clean and the film in good condition, it is possible to eliminate them. The bubbles that do not go are due to 2 factors: dust trapped under the film, or surface irregularities (eg a film of poor quality not perfectly smooth).
The difficulty here lies in the size of the screen. As the film is, the more there are chances of dust chopper. The second try I managed a perfect pose, making I still 4 new movies available (I bought 2 packs of 3). From experience this kind of film scratches quickly (it's basic plastic), I used to change 1-2 times a year depending on usage.
Transparency is perfect, and if skiing is not as silky as the naked screen, it's still excellent.
In summary, these are excellent films, the quality / price ratio for now unbeatable. But the pose is inevitably complicated because of the size. Patience and thoroughness are the key words ...
