The music features are just excellent. More you can hardly say. For a 2.0 speaker system in this size a really powerful sound comes across. Crystal-clear highs, smooth mids and powerful bass. The system can bring virtually nothing from the rest. Finally almost HiFi also in the kitchen. The price when purchased is absolute moderate. The build quality I find very good.
I can confirm that the system is very sensitive from fingerprints. Once touched is always to see the same. But that disturbs less.
I give only four stars (it would otherwise become merciless five ++) if it were not for the power supply no longer appropriate in our time. Who knows what Creative has been thinking? Not only the size it appears to originate from the Middle Ages. It hums quite softly to himself. Really bad is that there is the possibility for off boxes totally untimely and swallowed in the age of energy conservation all 6 watts of power and still uncomfortably warm. In operation it is in my opinion even too hot. So attention from site. THIS IS deepened TECHNOLOGY STONE AGE and costs at least one star.
Hopefully we did something to it, because you can not replace it with a commercially available electronically controlled the power supply.
The measured value was determined by EM600 (not calibrated). In the on state of consumption then rises to at least 12 watts.
UPDATE 03.03.2014 - New PSU
For those who have the old power supply. I have now the Leicke Eco PSU EC34906 can do with it in use and best experiences. It fits into every performance, polarity and connector dimensions. And it significantly less power. 0.2 watts in standby and 5 watts in operation with the speakers. With the 7 watt savings and on average 4 hours daily operation this has paid off within a 3/4 year.
