Excellent phone for seniors with no frills

The Seniorenhandy is thoroughly recommended. The display is bright, high contrast and font size can be adjusted individually. Who suffers from farsightedness, will appreciate this. We have 2 other mobile phones (Motorola, LG) and a Sony smartphone. It's bad, that they are not without glasses to use. And who has been running constantly with reading glasses on his nose through the area?

The Panasonic offers what it should. It is a well-made mobile without frills. The 3 direct selection buttons I like that and I'm not so senile, forgetting the 3 people that I have brought upon this with 64. The GPS receiver is as sensitive as that of my car Navis. Transmission of the coordinates via SMS works. The location is just on Google Maps up to a few meters. You never know what you may need this function times.

Speech intelligibility is on both sides very well. Since my smartphone is rather worse.

As it is a clamshell, also eliminates the annoying unlock the keypad. Flap and well-ists. Lights Camera not automatic in his pocket.

The highlight is the reception sensitivity. We have tested it with a friend, when our other Phones reception is possible neither T-Mobile nor Vodafone. The Panasonic makes no mistake there!

On 06.06.2013 the USB connector is terminated by the board when connecting the charger. In the charging cradle now yawns a useless hole. The power supply for charging, however, continues to function. Since it was saved at the wrong end. The dealer has referred me to Panasonic. I will report how Panasonic handle it.

Panasonic has not responded to date (17.7.2013) to my mail. Meanwhile I had a service company that repairs not only Panasonic found. This has given me quite straightforward (copy of the invoice and IMEI number by mail) a new charging cradle on warranty. Without the excellent performance of this company (TRS Nuremberg googling) this would be the last device from Panasonic (next phone I have 3 digital cameras, LCD_TV, Media Player) have been. The Seniorenhandy still works perfectly. The customer service from Panasonic is however rotten.

One tip I have left. In any case, the loading tray open (simple Phillips head screw) and the USB socket fix it with a 2-Kompenentenkleber. Previously, cover the broken jack with adhesive tape. I've even bought a second Panasonic, so I like my wife can make calls. The iPhone is great if you charge it every day. Unfortunately I forget the most. Then nothing works.
