This i7-4790S Intel processor gives great power to the PC and as is the S version, it can be used in a low-power PC. I put in a mini tower with 250w power supply with a mini ITX motherboard, a radiator Noctua NH-L9i ultra-flat, 2 strips of 8 GB of DDR3 and a 250GB Intel SSD. The result is an ultra-powerful and quick setup in a very compact body, with reduced power consumption and noise.

The processor package includes Intel usual radiator fan, not great but it is always that if you do not want to invest in a radiator.
