I was looking for a stove to replace my Tefal Greenpan or stoves that are stroked in less than a year, despite their high price.
This is over now incomprehensible waste of a stove every two years flying in the trash.
The steel stove needs no release coating. This one is simply replaced by natural seasoning.
After a few uses a good seasoning forms and nothing more grip in these stoves.
It's amazing: eggs, vegetables, meat, fish, etc. all slides.
The cooking of meat is done by entering the meat at a high temperature surface (not possible with a conventional Teflon or ceramic coating which does not resist) and keeps the juice and soft inside. The same goes for a fish if you like (for crust delicious salmon). The taste is really enhanced.
It is very easy to clean (with warm clear water with a small brush for one, and if necessary, scraping water - very rare). No soap or dishwasher.
Another advantage is its strength, because no coating, no fragile surface that jumps to the metal: so we can cut in without danger of scratching.
The steel disadvantage is its weight, and the fact that we can not leave food lying around in the pan too long after the meal.
So do not wait three hours to wash, or risk having the reculotter (which is not so serious in itself).
You can also deglaze the juices of the meat at a high temperature (not possible also with other coatings) to make a good sauce for example.
This stove is truly indestructible and surprisingly very cheap, especially considering it is guaranteed for life!
Last useful information: the handle does not heat beyond measure and there is no need potholders to handle.
I highly recommend this product to all those who are tired of eating fragile items that do not take two years. You will not know to cook in another pan after this one.
It made me want to make good food. ... And finally, you buy Made in Europe!
