+ Depending on the training goal it sets flag on exercises that are meaningful
+ You can, but need not, then these exercises do if you ever feel like something else
+ Calorie consumption compared with friends inspire (of course, only a rough guide XTREM but no matter)
+ Varied, challenging even for well-trained people
Con -
- Pauses between exercise parts are virtually non-existent, even if the voice calls the "Pause", would be longer or longer in vortscheitender exercise, I am quite athletic, but sometimes you have to go out of the sensor image to recover to me
(- Which runs through the "world" - actually New York and London - are quite cool, you had the building and everything but can also make colored, but is not really matter)
With the sensor in the floor exercises, I never had any problems as others have attachments that easily calibrate and align well pitch.
Would I buy again at any time.
