Screws: Well screws have the slots usually centered. Power screwing immensely easier. But this one, I'd say that was damaged goods. Not even 2 or even 3rd choice. Have them replaced with new ones.
Wood: Is Ok. Paint was also processed only slightly worse on the bottom. (Small nose)
Holder: On the mount itself, I could not detect any gross deficiencies. But after I fixed this, slid the rack and the screw was screwed from the bottom in the prepared holes emerged from the wall a small gap. So no more correct seat.
