American journalist Duhigg is a master of "story telling" on form, this book is more than a catchy thriller. On the merits, it is totally exciting too. This is an extension work of the scientific work carried out on the phenomenon of habits and thus change. The first part, on individual change, is absolutely brilliant: alone justify reading the book. The second, on the change in an organization, offers interesting insights. The latter, on the change in society in general, is perhaps less surprising but hold up well. For me it is one of the best books of the year.
