With a push of a button it is switched on and then also ready quickly even looking at the phone, which opened from the printer wireless, connect and start Instax App. There, select an image, edit it short and then it can also print out the same. This process takes less than 10 seconds, the development of instant image naturally but about two minutes.
The pressure is really clean and clear, at least as far as one can tell at a picture in a credit card size. The colors are gorgeous and brilliant, but that of course depends also with the raw material used. Of course you can all the images beforehand in another app edit, or equal to (rudimentary) in the Instax app to optimize printing.
So far I have about 50 images printed, and each was used. (I also own an original Polaroid Land camera, including the films of "Impossible Project" - these recordings are irsinnig expensive and pure luck -. Only one of 10 is as reasonably practical) The battery I had to now go to 50 printouts, but I have also uses a no-name battery, probably holds a branded by even longer. If one uses the Instax printer excessively and stationary, one should perhaps think about the purchase of a power supply ...
The greatest disadvantage of this printer is of course the price of the individual images, each with about 75 cents. So one brings the part to a party with, you should keep the wireless password secret ;-) But just at a party or on the road is the Instax printer a hit. Everyone wants an expression and is very excited about the results. You clap before printing another Instagram filter on the image, it is hard to save them from the onslaught of bystanders Hipster!
A few more words about the Instax app: here could, as so often, more are offered. The images can be edited, ie crop, rotate, resize and a few filters to choose from roughly. In addition, can be pre-defined frame insert and / or captions or Geo-Data. That does not sound bad, but external apps offer much more. After all, it provides an overview of previously printed images, can be printed out this well again with a click, and a chance to post the results directly in social networks - the purpose of this feature opens up to me but not quite ...
Conclusion: Buy recommendation for hipsters and retro freaks with fat wallet!
