But then came the Super GAU:
In the morning when brushing exploded with a loud bang the porthole. It sounded as if someone had thrown a hundred jars at a time on the floor. Over the floor finest pieces of glass were scattered ... Luckily I was not before.
As I said it was a new washing machine, which was operated just half an hour at 60 degrees.
OK, yes warranty on it, we thought, but nothing since. When repairing explained the friendly handyman, that it can not be a work of error and we would have to pay therefore. No work would be mistake to him that Bosch could not rule out that the porthole was deliberately destroyed. How will that work because, when the chips are on the outside and the disc, by the craftsman, is rather thick? Well, it is his word against hers and we finally have indeed further wash, as was explained to us, so we had no choice but to pay.
We are quite disappointed.
