At first glance, this book seems great, recipes really make you want and remind New Yorkers desserts. But realizing revenue, we realize that it lacks 3/4 of information: size of the molds, how to incorporate the ingredients, etc. Result: the desserts are not like the pictures and for good reason, I suspect they were not made with these recipes. If you make the cheesecake, a tip: reduce the amount of cookies and increase the amount of device, if you follow the recipe book you will have a half-half distribution, very different from the picture by chance. And it's like that for all recipes, in short I recommend strongly!
