The holders look really very nice and do their job as a toothbrush holder very good.

But unfortunately, the suction cups are anything but good. Hold, if at all, only a very short time on the wall.
Luckily, you can these things wegschrauben and the holder with hot glue stick to the tile. So things look really good, and you can keep the holder at any time anyway settle again.
Two stars for the simple, yet beautiful design.
