"Fair to middling" product

We got ourselves a new bridge camera and thus had to be a camera bag)
The bag itself is sized exactly adequate for our camera, but the zipper stuck every now and again the food and the first seam is already risen.
Charger and spare battery have works great.
The tripod is quite small but has a nice addition for someone none.
Now for the memory card:
Our camera was not to remove the memory card in a position, although it steht.Woran in the product description there it was, unfortunately, we do not know and in stores also super funktioniert.Genauso could us no one has weiterhelfen.Kamera with all other cards we have tried as the supplied memory card had worked in all other camera's.
Strange problem that we unfortunately have to leave in the evaluation incorporated with so only 3 stars
