Fake connection and fault current

What we are seeing in the picture is a big fake. An absolutely incomprehensible Stekerkonstellation. On the power supply side there is a socket for a Euro-power cord. A so-called "small appliances plug". This is known to have no connection for grounding. On the other hand and presented very prominent here in the product image However, there is a safety plug. The grounding plug this connector can therefore clearly not be used. Why it is used here, is beyond me, because it makes no sense and compatibility compared to Euro plug disadvantage in terms of variability and offers. Finally, it fits only in German outlets.

The suspicion arises that here a grounded power supply will be suggested.
Probably not least because of the lack of ground produces a fault current on the notebook that breaks the touchpad out of step (a normal use is no longer possible) and certainly is not good for the electronics in the device. Unfortunately, it is also not possible to identify a neat Grounded power supply from the offerings by product descriptions and images through the practice of fake Schuko plug. Therefore, I'll probably buy this and dispose me an original AC adapter.
