Falk Navi .... not so soon

Positives:
Display very good, brightness ok, view both map and the arrows and the symbols ok.
Equipment / shipment very well, ie USB cable and microSD card are. Even a topographic map (for cyclists / walkers) is on board (equal to the product).
GPS found after switching is really fast.
Wide range of POI, but ... see below

Negatives:
Just a quick start guide is included in paper form.
Battery life could be a little longer but his (Car Navigation) is, when using the supplied cigarette lighter cable is no real problem.
TMC pro for only three months.

Car navigation:

Positives:
Entering the goals simple, offered choices of parameters, calculation time ok, timeliness of data largely ok. Calculated routes largely ok / plausible.

Negatives:
Announcements from about 100 km / h Speed ​​despite setting the max. Volume definitely too low (vehicle used: Opel Corsa C 1.3 CDTI, neither driver nor co-driver have understood something ... and we are 41 or 34 years old).
Announcement of street names indistinct / "mumbled" / "swallowed".
Search POI along a calculated route (concretely: Rest Houses along an inner-German route of about 780 km) No result, but an "eternal" x-minute search, which had to be stopped manually without a concrete result.
Search of stations (gas stations and only!) In a rural area has been canceled by the system with the result "too many POI" (but what a joke, because there are actually tested in this area only 5 gas stations in the area of ​​5 km).
System has "hung" during a domestic German route of almost 180 km middle of the operation despite vehicle power supply (came up now thankfully only once).
Operation of further features (POI, etc.) complicated and sometimes not logical.
Using the TMC / TMC info is unclear in terms of routing.

MagicMaps or bike navigation has not been tested!

Conclusion: Just as three stars will have (for the tested car navigation and facilities), with cheaper Garmin Navi already had better experience in this regard. Falk should quickly rectify here.

Experience after almost a year in use (Conclusion: Stay away!):
Max. 1 star because
- Exchanging SD memory card flopped full (standard existing card could be just refer to installation of the new SD card impossible; card slot mechanically defective without any action sequence: Magic Maps Navigation no longer usable (because it runs on SD card).
- Verso mounted magnet for the car holder has already solved twice
- Suspending the fly is still in front.
- Total lousy quality!
