The navigation device is in itself quite well. The service is exemplary. The route guidance is in need of improvement, in my view. In known routes the Navi not always selects the most meaningful - regardless of the chosen route mode. BUT: The professional.5 LMU is advertised with free services that must be activated within 30 days after purchase. So far so good. The map updates that too on the Becker software (content manager) worked. The promised Link2Live Pro services can not be activated. For more than six weeks, I can not use this service. First, I have a message generated from the content manager, which then was of Becker ignored. So call to the specified service number (positive: Normal code). Yes, we want to help you, but am having problems with the software. After transmission of personal data and the data of the Navis an extension of the 30 day period is not a problem. One would take care of. So wait. Incidentally, anyone who thinks the service would report on its own is wrong. Independent answers do not exist at the BECKER SERVICE. Only to my inquiry I received the answer: "We recommend this simply to try again." I tried it again and again until today - it does not work! My mail this regard (written three weeks ago) was not answered until today. CONCLUSION: Becker Navi ok. Service totally unacceptable. (If the problem can not be solved at last, I can demote the evaluation only on a star because the product is missing a substantial pledged property.)
UPDATE: BECKER has responded. I could activate the Link2Live Pro services finally. In order for the Navi earned 4 stars. The Becker-Service, however, only. 2 I put the assessment therefore high on three stars.
