These weights I can recommend no! When unpacking was a "OHA" the lift "Sigh"
I noticed immediately that they are too easy because I already train several years with free weights and machines.
On the scale then came the unmistakable proof! For a 10kg disc there were only 8,5kg and scarce in others 9kg.
The 5kg washers were ok with +/- 200g.
In addition, the poor composite cement crumbles in the Kunstoffummantelung back and forth and is on the long run probably always fragile.
As a last resort I have the red lid removed and some cement refilled around the discs to bring to the same weight and the breadcrumbs to suppress.
Ultimately I use my back cast disks and rate this one each from!
