The problem is that it begins at high frequency beeping at me, when I go down a bit with the PWM control.
My PC then runs almost silently, except for these high-frequency beep sounds.
Since me the very bother, I'll send back the fan to Amazon to order a replacement and hope that it was just an isolated incident.
My motherboard is the ASROCK Z77 PRO3
