Fantastically good album

Rather by accident I am again met with Freedom Call, after doing a few years ago the "Shadow King" had risen album to me, but it remained largely unnoticed and threatened to gather dust in my CD cabinet. Until recently it in MP3 Store Amazon free mp3s from Freedom Call was that a colleague has been downloaded. And I had then again wants to dig up my CD and I looked directly at Amazon for new albums. Through the subsequent purchase of the Best Of album "Ages Of Light" and the CD and DVD "Live In Helvetia" I then mutates into a true Freedom Call fan.

The now published eighth studio album as I have received pre-orders on time at Escheinungstag. Since then, the album runs up and down with me.

I will not comment on every song in detail, which I think is not necessary anyway, because the whole album sounds like. From a single source Although I like not all songs alike, but, strange as it may sound, I have several CDs in my closet where I feel like I just still can not skip the vermeindlich weaker songs, because they just belong there, where you are. This feeling is probably attributable only to the absolute catchiness, which extends across the entire CD. The CD evokes feelings of happiness and I think it's not bad if you while listening to the music from this "hard" music genre has fun. Finally, Freedom Call has developed from the start as the best "Happy Metal" band.

My favorite songs of the new album (actually all) ... "Union Of The Strong", "Among The Shadows", "Edge Of The Ocean", "Beyond Eternity" and also ...

the absolutely epic work "Beyond", which was its name to the CD as well as the "slightly different" sounding "Rythm Of The Light" and under painted with an African sound "Dance Of The Devil"

Although one or another song on the album seems a little experimental, the catchiness it does not hurt that I would again emphasize.

There to sing along to give it back a lot and I'm looking forward to the concert at 15:03. in Aschaffenburg.

A few words about the content of the box set:

The box includes the album, a bonus CD with bulging 13 live tracks partly unplugged and in alternative versions, a two-sided poster with the album artwork and the band, and a book with a fantastic short story to Beyond. The story emphasizes the attitude of the band and what they want to convey to the audience. Positive thinking and enjoying life without sight of the important things to lose.

All I can say for myself ... Metal for me is not just a style of music ... Metal is (m) a way of life and (m) a way of life.

I give an absolute buy recommendation for all fans and those who want to be there - for the pure album anyway but also for the well-crafted box set that just costs 3 euros more. And I can not help here to award five stars.

Small update ...

Even though it has not necessarily what to do here with the CD, but I was yesterday at the Freedom Call concert in Aschaffenburg. The concert was great. I also met the four guys. A super friendly troops without fear. Therefore, when you ... when you find the good guys ... buy the album and support them. You definitely deserve it.
