Well ... if you date a 10 Lux Glühobst had tuned to other road users was reasonably to be taken - because a Aussleuchtung the roadway are 10 Lux beyond the pale - then you can with this lamp short range somewhat halfway passable to go illuminate ,
For a leisurely speed to max. 20 km / h goes like to see the way the degree. Certainly, however, NOT to really realize in this way all the details.
I have a 700 lumen LED flashlight switched on the handlebars to ... and lo and behold ... it was finally right light. In order to accurately tell the brightness of Luxos went almost completely under next to the light cone of Tala.
By another test with another weaker flashlights I could find the equivalent of approximately 180 lumens light output out. This is really very pathetic for such a highly acclaimed bicycle lamp !!
A closer look at the "light bulb" explained then at least in the approach of the basic ...
When driving a tiny LED light must keep her here at the Luxos. Each modern CREE LED is better to house numbers here. No wonder, then, that there can be no brightness come out.
The well so highly acclaimed sidelight is in Luxos ultimately so weak that it is hardly good for the illumination of the peripheral area.
Aussderdem I must agree with another Rezensor here ... the light field this lamp sucks ... no trace of even illumination.
I also realized that this lamp flicker works! Only from a certain speed.
So if you like being on the road at times slightly faster pace, which should not be surprised to flickering.
A star is due to the lamp only for the very solid construction and the parking light function.
Bummer ... I'm probably still compelled with LED flashlights to illuminate the way before me.
It should rather be governed by the Highway Code sometimes appropriate for traveling safe illumination minimum brightness ... as this lamp would probably scrape the bottom.
I can therefore recommend this lamp !!
