Have the Navi since 8 Wochen.Ich can not understand the negative reviews, because I had problems with either the Download`s still with the Becker-Service. As I result of the negative reviews for the Download`s was not sure, I called Becker and was immediately connected. My questions were immediately answered politely and satisfactory. I can only say, navigation was far Topp, voice prompts come in time, Bluetooth works great for Navi itself. From me therefore 5 points!
