Fast. After a personal test, I would say it is two times faster than my 16GB Corsair red: under the same conditions, for example, I copied 2,27Go (iso win7) in 2'04 "against 3'43". I use it to boot via Multisystem. No worries! 30GB actually available.
Constant length: 5cm. Retractable USB. No cap. So not waterproof!
A hair too wide for my taste qd has two USB ports side by side, but nothing blocking. And tiny opening for cable passage, not supplied! Hence the 4 stars.
