I'm disapointed. I hoped to find in this book the answers to my questions about the vegetarian diet of children, but it was not. This book is technically complete, it describes in detail all the nutrients needed for proper development, but the impression I have left at the end of reading: Bac must have 10 to feed properly! Moreover, it does not envisage the possilité we can not give fish to his child. In short, scientific and informative book but not very positive and cold.
