Finally a really great DVB-S Twin HD Tuner!

The unit is super. The only downside - as well as from to take just a few other reviews - is that in addition a single-cable routers to the satellite system needs in fact, if you want to see another channel while recording. Returns Point - 100 Euro + installation costs. But I was prepared for this and have found me the mini-router by TechniSat, and everything works fine. The investment is worth it, because the only way to exhaust all possibilities of the twin tuner.

I agree with all the positive reviews and will not repeat it all again here. I want to make only point out the following: In contrast to all the other tuners, I had times (Hirschmann, Topfield, Humax), you can record with the Panasonic DMR BST835EG a transmitter eg on Astra and simultaneously see an on Hotbird or vice versa. The other tuners could be seen during a recording only transmitter on the same satellite, where the reception was. Unlike other devices, you can also see a "normal" channels while recording in HD is running and vice versa. You can also record two channels simultaneously. - But what does not work during the double shot, is to see a third station there. But that's not so bad. For me, it really is probably never before that I simultaneously receiving two programs and would thereby see a third thing.

From me - a strong buy recommendation!
