For those who like the true ab exercises (that is to say without feet under the dresser), there is something for all levels. Moreover theoretical aspects are sound without being surly and clearly illuminate the practical exercises. I'm yet to do all the exercises advanced level, but progress is rapid as long as we take the trouble to do two or three sessions per week. It is easy to read and practical sheets are well detailed and easy to follow.
