I tried in vain to earlier stages caramel ds my mold classic pie and baked (for my dishes are not designed for induction): Hard ... hard. Very long (the oven to 250 .... it stinks ds kitchen). Today I make my caramel ds BAUMALU pan on my stove and finish my cooking (covering the apple pulp) in the oven ... great! 4 stars? I only used 2 x so I expect its resistance to wear but I do not think I disappointed (the mold is thick and supports high temperature) Regards
