Finally almost painless!

I did not believe that I can again go almost painless. For 6 months I could because of a heel spur (below) almost unable to walk. Due to the constant protection attitude I still get pain in the knees, back and hips. I really, except an operation, undergone all treatments for plantar fasciitis. Most disappointed I've been of the orthopädichen deposits that have been prescribed to me by the doctor. Although an indentation at the site of the calcaneal spur was introduced, the pains with these things have become worse rather than better. I would have rather equal concern the gel insoles, would certainly have spared me a lot of pain and treatment costs. I since 2 weeks wear the soles now in sports shoes (Asics and Reebok footbed away) and the pains are better by 80% percent. With the stretching exercises, rhododendron ointment and gel padding the rest will also disappear in pain. Thanks to the "designers" of this insole!
