Never had the original strainer basket to my sink ... then went nothing more ...: ( Have a Blanco sink from 05/98 (luckily had a sticker on it!). Ok the slots have not helped me, since I had no original comparison. But 3.5 "and 52mm diameter seal in connection with the slimming down and the small ball in the journal (because my drain has two recessed slots) have led me to this super hit !!! Now my washing fun again !!! Superduper Thanks;)
