This machine combines all my important aspects: taste, quality, milk frother and very easy to clean (by the non-stick coating).
After years of searching and trying I'm finally at the finish. I'm very satisfied. But this machine gets small criticisms, but which do not let me move to a change.
My Pros and Cons:
+ The Machine (same technology and almost the same appearance as the DeLonghi series) having an excellent workmanship.
+ There are 16 flavors incl. Decaffeinated varieties and coffee drinks.
+ All varieties taste outstanding and are hot! Very hot should taste like a good coffee or espresso.
+ The milk froth is just perfect and stands up to the closing ** ** like a one. It is no problem as much foam as liquid in the glass magic.
+ The cleaning is very quick, easy, and no comparison to milk frothers, which have a milk tank via suction hose or have a steam wand.
+ The first suspected too small 1 liter water tank just fine and can be filled if required without removing from the top.
+ Amount of water to each of the two programmable keys for quick.
+ Look good.
+ No more dripping once you eject the capsule.
+ Milk frother is extremely quiet and is foolproof and no matter what milk. The result is always very much and extremely strong, fine-pored foam with a little hot milk rest.
+ It fit real large latte glasses under the spout. ~ 8.5 cm in the unfolded cup rack and a full 15 cm, once it has collapsed. Drip tray and Co. can remain natural in it!
- After starting the brewing process before the liquid is relatively loud with the glass vibrate. If the liquid, then comfortably quiet and without any vibrations.
- A capsule costs $ 35 to 30 cents plus shipping, which is just about ok.
- For me perfectly, but others hate it: The milk foam is so-called 'expanding foam'.
I can only recommend everyone to fall into a local market (or special Nespresso shop) show the device and try out before you acquire another product. Anyone who thinks a X.000 EUR Jura to get more flavor, will be surprised.
My conclusion of 'Krups XN 73305 Citiz & Milk': You love good latte, cappuccino and espresso and at a fair price? Buy Absolutely! (Normal coffee also possible but not tested).
