In principle, yes, but only if some space on the side or the length is to exist. Unfortunately, I have a glass floor lighting with 10 x 10 watt halogen pins, in so far no LED fit replacement.

And now the greatest praise comes from my wife: to substitute the halogen with LED their verdict: This looks like before from! So warm white is true, even if the halogen ultimately had even warmer light. The LED, however, are still brighter, I feel between a 10 Watt and 20 Watt halogen, and at 1.5 Watt consumption!
As always - anxious - Question: how long these things will last? We wait and see.
Two things should be mentioned: the goods have come from Hong Kong, took me 1.5 weeks, but can last three weeks! And the lamps are embedded in a "rubber stuff", is said to be unbreakable.
